Delivery policy
At spectrum, we sell kids and adult clothing garments. We deliver all our garments second class via royal mail. Because we are a small team packing all our of our orders can take between 7-14 working days. Once shipped they usually take between 2-5 working days to arrive. Making the expected delivery time 9-19 working days.
Refunds
We may offer a refund if the garment has been damaged or broken in transit. We do not offer refunds if the garment does not fit. This is because all our stock sells instantly so we do not have the sizes to exchange. We recommend checking the size guide on our website throughly before ordering our clothes.On the size guide you will find all necessary information on the garments to help ensure the right one is purchased. If your order has not arrived in 28 working days from when the order was confirmed your order will be refunded.
Returns
Items may be returned back to us if:
The wrong size was sent and can be proved on the order confirmation email or invoice sent to you.
The garment arrived damaged and has been clearly proved on pictures.
